In addition to our hugely successful Holiday ownership programme, Bali Palms Resort offers a new concept of Vacation Residential Ownership providing lease purchase of spacious private villas studios and apartments for periods of 3, 6, 9 and 12 months per year for 28 years.

We believe Bali Palms Resort offers unbeatable value for money for those owners who want to spend their time in one of the most beautiful parts of Bali, overlooking spectacular sea and island views and enjoying a lifestyle many others can only dream of.

GENERAL:

All villas, studios and apartments in 3, 6, 9 or 12 months ownership are fully furnished to a luxury standard. All furnishings in the bedrooms, lounge & kitchen are beautifully hand crafted in from aged teak. The bedrooms suites are supplied with walk in or fitted wardrobes. The lounge furnishings comprise a large comfortable sofa with a guest pull out bed, coffee table & include a dining area with breakfast bar or dining table & chairs. A large flat screen Satellite TV, DVD and radio is provided in both lounge and bedrooms. Wireless internet and room telephone is also available. Air conditioners and ceiling fans are fitted into each room.

Fitted kitchens are complete with fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster & cutlery. Apartments & Villas have gas hobs with hood ventilation.

Phase 1: A luxury development of just 22 units.

The Villas: Private Sea & Pool Front Residences.
All villas consist of one or two bedrooms on the ground floor with en suite bathroom and a living room with fitted kitchen. The upper floor has a bedroom and en suite bathroom with a large patio and sea view balcony. Each villa has an intimate private walled garden complete with shrubs, trees and flowering plants. A plunge pool is offered with some villas.

The One Bedroom Apartments: Private Sea & Pool Front Residences.
The apartments are ground floor and consist of one bedroom with en suite bathroom and a living room with fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. Each apartment has an intimate private walled garden complete with shrubs, trees and flowering plants.

The Studios: Sea & Pool Front Units.
All studios are provided with a fitted partial kitchen. Each has a substantial balcony with spectacular sea and island views. Bathrooms are offered with a corner bath or optional shower cubicle. Some have an intimate private walled garden complete with shrubs, trees and flowering plants.

The One Bedroom Apartments: Sea Front Units.
These apartments have a living room with separate fitted kitchen area with breakfast bar. The bedrooms have spacious walk in wardrobes and a large luxury en suite bathroom, which also connects to the living room. Bathrooms are offered with a corner bath or optional shower cubicle. All have large balconies looking directly onto the sea.

Phase 2: A luxury development of just 12 units.

Apartments: Two Bedroom Sea View Units.
The apartments have spacious living rooms with a separate fitted kitchen area and breakfast bar. The master bedrooms and guest bedrooms have a luxury en suite bathroom. Bathrooms are offered with a large corner bath or optional shower cubicle. Ground floor apartments have an intimate private walled garden complete with shrubs, trees and flowering plants.

Apartments: One Bedroom Sea View Units.
The ground floor appartments have spacious living rooms with a separate fitted kitchen area and breakfast bar. The bedrooms have a luxury en suite bathroom. Bathrooms are offered with a corner bath or optional shower cubicle. Upper floor apartments have large balconies with sea views. Ground floor apartments have intimate private walled gardens complete with shrubs, trees and flowering plants.

The Villa: Private Sea View  Residence.
The villas consists of two bedrooms on the ground floor with en suite bathroom and a living room with fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. The upper floor has a large living area with a kitchen and dining area opening onto a large sea view patio and balcony. It has a bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with spa bath. The villa has an intimate private walled garden complete with shrubs, trees and flowering plants. A garden plunge pool is offered as an option.

Phase 1 is more than 60% sold and Phase two is nearing completion. Units are available for purchase now including the stunning three bedroom villa.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

On full year ownerships the purchaser is free to furnish the property to preferred requirements.
