Bali Palms resort offers a long stay visa service to our owners and their guests.

Currently visitors from Australia and most EEC countries can enter Indonesia for a stay of up to 30 days using the Visa on arrival scheme. This involves paying an entry visa fee in USD upon arrival at the airport prior to going through immigration.

Those visitors wishing to stay over 30 days must make visitors Visa at the Indonesian Embassy in their own country prior to travel. This visa is extendable when in Indonesia for a 6-month stay. Visitors are advised to go onto the website for the Indonesian Consulate in their own country for details and to print off the Visa application form.

Upon arrival into Indonesia, pass through the Immigration section for visitors holding a Visa. The Visa allows foreigners to stay in Indonesia for the first two months free of charge and for the 3rd and subsequent months a small fee is payable up to a 6 month period. After the 6 month period a new Visa must be made, usually by making a short overnight trip to Singapore where our Visa agent will organise its renewal while the guests can go touring or shopping.

Visitors wishing to stay longer than 6 months can apply for a long stay Visa either in their own country or may travel on a 6 month Visa or visa on arrival as above and use our Visa service in Bali to organise a long stay residency or retirement Visa.
